VR Ready

Xennial's VR Dissection Lab is a learning tool that helps Biology students practice their dissections unlimited times, before they have to actually dissect the physical animals. It’s ideal for Middle and High School Biology Programs, and it features dissections of the following specimens: Worm, Clam, Crayfish, Fish, and Frog. This guided experience allows students to master incisions, as well as understand external and internal anatomy. The interactive gallery ensures a comprehensive understanding before performing the dissections. Xennial's VR Dissection Lab transforms anatomy education, making it engaging, accessible, and ethically sound.

This app also offers users the ability to use their “virtual hands” to perform the dissections via hand tracking, offering more natural interactions between the students and the tools and specimens.

Learning Objectives

  1. Gain a comprehensive understanding of each specimen’s anatomy through the interactive gallery.
  2. Learn to utilize virtual tools such as scissors, forceps, and scalpel to dissect organisms and learn, through intricate 3D models, about the internal organs and anatomy of each specimen.
  3. Empower students to master incisions through unlimited practice.
